Assistant Manager, Woodthorpe, Prestwich

A busy pub restaurant is ideally looking for a strong assistant manager who is an enthusiastic, professional person with a great personality, committed and well presented, who enjoys food and drink and promoting food and drinks.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure and to be able to organise your subordinates. You will be required to report to the general manager at all times.

Role criteria.
Experience in working in high quality outlets with exeptionally high standards.
Familiar with working with fresh food and beverages.
Truly passionate about the food and drinks and the atmosphere you create.
Working under a well-regarded and experienced general manager, you will have a great opportunity to learn and develop in your career.
Experience in a busy fresh food and beverage environment is essential.
