Buffet Menu
Holt’s Buffet and Banqueting Menu is available throughout all of its managed food houses. Simply select the Buffet of your choice and fill in the booking form on the back of the menu or for Banquets, select one item from each of the headings: Starters, Main Courses or Vegetarian Options and Sweets, then fill in the Banqueting Section of the booking form. Please check availability before booking your Buffet or Banquet.

Starters
- Home Made Soup of the Day
- Served with a crusty roll and butter
- Prawn Cocktail
- Succulent Greenland prawns rested on a bed of mixed leaves, topped with Marie Rose sauce served with brown bread and butter
- Melon Crown
- Half a melon filled with a quenelle of sorbet and served with a summer fruit coulis
- Liver Pâté
- Chicken liver pâté served with a port and Cumberland sauce, hot roll and butter with a salad garnish
Main Courses
- Prime Roast Topside of Beef
- Prime cut topside of beef roasted and served with Yorkshire puddings and a rich gravy
- Roast Loin of Pork
- Hand carved loin of pork served with an apple and cinnamon sauce
- Supreme Chicken
- Chicken breast served with a white wine, garlic and mushroom cream sauce
- Grilled Fillet of Scottish Salmon
- Salmon fillet, grilled and topped with a medley of seafood and chive sauce
