Joseph Holt welcomes the Quadrant in Stretford to the Holt family
At the back end of 2016 Joseph Holt acquired four former Greene King sites. The Quadrant, a stalwart on the Manchester football scene due to its proximity to Old Trafford football ground, has been welcomed into the company and is an exciting edition to our flourishing estate.
The site will lie under the Community Pub Division, which represents the majority of the Joseph Holt estate, encompassing 110 public houses. The Community Pub Division have a focus on driving the businesses through wet led sales, and aiming to develop and maintain a great community atmosphere in our pubs.
Closing in January 2017 to undergo a huge refurbishment, an impressive £300,000 was spent to transform the pub. The concept driving the refurbishment was to develop a great community sport pub. The new Quadrant is bright and welcoming with an abundance of TV screens showcasing sporting events, two of which are a colossal 80 inches in size, no goal can be missed on screens this big!
The Quadrant has also introduced a new food menu with food being served daily apart from on match days when a substitute snack menu will be introduced to cope with the busy footfall traffic.
An extensive new drink range has been added with premium spirits, seasonal casks and a variety of bottled craft products. Not forgetting the award winning range of Joseph Holt cask, keg and bottled products.
Area Manager, Sean Whittaker commented “The Quadrant is a welcome addition to the Joseph Holt estate, with its prime location to Old Trafford football ground, an extensive product range and the introduction of food we can’t wait for the year ahead.”
The Quadrant re-opened on Friday 24th February on a positive high, with many customers welcoming the new transformation and delectable food menu.
