Line Chefs for Community Division

Line Chefs are required at a number of our busy pub restaurants situated in and around the Manchester area, serving a homemade, fresh pub food menu. We have both full and part-time line chef positions available, with competitive rates, dependant on experience. The pubs are part of our growing Community Division in Joseph Holt, where we pride ourselves on providing our guests with good quality food and great service.

General Duties of a line chef:

• Prepare all food to specification.

• Works to a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

• Works as part of the kitchen team to ensure all areas of the kitchen are cleaned and ready for service.

• Ensure all items of menu are prepared and available for service at all times

• Store, handles and rotates all products to house standards

• Records all wastage daily.

•Well organised and methodical in their approach.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
