Pub Manager / Retail Partner, Cat & Lion

We are looking for a new retail partner or manager for the charming Cat and Lion Country pub and hotel in Stretton just outside the highly desirable Stockton Heath in Cheshire.

This fantastic business has a 29 bedroom hotel where recently a selection of renovated ‘premium rooms’ have been added. The hotel is averaging £12k on a weekly basis in letting bedroom revenue.

The Cat and Lion pub currently averages £20k per week with a 40% wet / 60% food split. With a pizza oven and the traditional pub menu this pub has something for everyone!

This opportunity would suit operators with an ability to inspire and lead a FOH, BOH and housekeeping team to deliver amazing hospitality and maintain, exceptional standards throughout the business and ensuring the Cat and Lion Country Pub and Hotel sits at the Heart of the local community.

What is a Retail Partner?

It is the easiest way to run your own pub without the high entry costs of a traditional tenancy or lease agreement.

You get paid a percentage of net turnover with your only expense being the wages of yourself and your team. We will cover the rest.

• Previous experience operating £20k+ in sales each week
• Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience in the hospitality industry
• Passionate about pubs, selling beer and food
• Strong sales focus
• Enthusiasm to lead and motivate your team
