Griffin, Heaton Mersey
In our estate since 1921, the Griffin is a splendid Victorian pub with a host of heritage features including a magnificent mahogany bar, sash serving windows and marble fireplaces. This five-room pub has an open plan area as well as smaller, quieter rooms with fixed seating. To the back is a great sun-trap of a beer garden.
Being a Joseph Holt pub, the Griffin serves a range of well-priced international class lagers, cask ales and bottled beer. You can also take your pick from our gin and rum cocktails, choice of spirits and wines.
The Griffin is well-known for its fantastic match day atmosphere. With Sky Sports and BT-equipped TVs you’ll be able to watch live action throughout the week. The Griffin is dog friendly too!
