Hotel Guests Current COVID-19 Guidance 

Tier 3

Hotel Guests Travelling in From Tier 2 or 3

Please be aware when booking with us or considering whether to keep your existing booking that current government guidance advises against all but essential travel into and out of tier 3 areas. Essential travel includes for work or for access to education and for caring responsibilities.

Our site operates in accordance with current government guidelines and a risk assessment has been completed to ensure all our guests can safely enjoy their visit.

Advice for all guests

You must not travel if you are experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms, are self-isolating as a result of Coronavirus symptoms, are sharing a household or support bubble with somebody with symptoms, or have been told to self-isolate after being contacted by NHS Test and Trace.

Bookings can also only be taken from people in the same household/support bubble.

When staying with us we have implemented some Staying Safely Covid precautions for our guests and staff’s protection.

  • You must complete the test and trace information on entering the bar for dining. We have your details for your stay in the hotel.
  • You must wear a face covering in communal areas such as corridors, reception and when moving around the bar. They can be removed when seated for eating and drinking or in your room.
  • Please use the hand sanitisers provided when entering and leaving.
  • Alcohol can be served only as part of a main meal. Once the meal is finished we will be unable to serve further rounds of alcoholic drinks but you can take remaining drinks back to your room.
  • We are not permitted to serve customers, including residents after 22:00 but you can take any remaining drinks back to your room.
  • When dining you can sit with persons from your own household/household bubble inside and outside.
  • Tea, coffee, shower gels and shampoos etc will be provided to you on arrival.
