An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Spinners Rest in Ancoats as it undergoes an exciting refurbishment and reopens with a brand-new identity. We’re building this business from the ground up – creating a pub defined by its people, its community, and the collective energy of the team. With great beer and relaxed hospitality at our heart, our aim is to become a new local favourite.
To help bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to shape how The Spinners Rest is seen and experienced online from day one.
Role overview:
As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the creative voice behind the pub’s digital presence. You’ll create, manage, and grow content across all social platforms, helping establish the pub’s personality, build an engaged audience, and support events, promotions, and community initiatives.
Part-time, £13-20 per hour

Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume or high-engagement social media account
- A creative, proactive approach with confidence in generating original ideas
- A strong visual eye and ability to capture moments, stories, and atmosphere
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form content in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in people, community, and hospitality culture
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Friendly, collaborative, and excited to help build the identity of a brand-new venue
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
