The Duke of York is a beautiful Victorian red-brick building first established in 1899. With a number of rooms, central drinking area and horseshoe wooden bar with etched glass, the Duke of York is great community establishment and traditional pub with friendly locals.
Around a mile from the Joseph Holt brewery, the beer and ale is kept extremely well at this pub where you can take your pick from our cask range, award-winning lagers and a good choice of bottled beer. There’s also a large range of spirits and wine available.
You can enjoy entertainment at the Duke of York including fun darts on Tuesday at 9pm with prizes to be won and karaoke on Friday’s from 8pm.
